What is our purpose? And what do we have if we don't have our health? Just getting through each day tired, stressed and anxious, overweight or immobile, lethargic and unmotivated, waiting for the weekend.
It's generally believed that getting older means diminished health, energy and vitality, resigning to a life of mediocraty and gradual deterioration.

We share a collective understanding that someone else (usually a doctor) will bring us to healing and health.
When we are faced with a health challenge, often our first reflex is to book an appointment with a doctor so we can be given 'medicine' to 'make us better'. And all this does is suppress symptoms (dumbing down the voice of our body which is trying to telling us something is going wrong).
The Genesis of Disease
Disease and its symptoms reside first at the cellular level.
We are made up of hundreds of trillions of living intelligent cells which in turn make up our organs, bones, tissues, blood and brain.

this in turn leads to symptoms, which

Information without transformation is useless. And there's no lack of information.
You might already know what's good for you but perhaps just not able to do it. Habits stick, particularly the not-so-good ones. That's what health coaching is about.
My aim is to help you find the most effective solutions in your own life, to bring about your own transformation, healing and optimal health. You do the healing, not me - I'm just there alongside.
Even though I speak quite extensively about supplements, particularly one line (although I do use other formulas for specific purposes), I'm not a supplement vendor. I have good reason to believe that what I recommend are the most potent and effective on the market which produce results. If I come across better, you'll be the first to know about it!
